By outsourcing your bookkeeping, you will save not only the payroll cost of hiring staff but the extra costs of computers, software, office space and furniture, to name a few.
Whether you simply need your checkbook transactions posted to a trial balance or a complete set of GAAP financial statements, my hourly rates start at only $34 per hour. I am currently offering a 40% discount for the first month
1 of service. This can be a huge savings for you since the first month often involves extra effort to initially set up your account (create a chart of accounts, set up loan accounts, set up depreciation, etc.). Take this opportunity to have your books set up professionally.
I am also offering specials for service months beyond the first month. Save depending on the delivery model you choose (See table below). These rates I will guarantee for a minimum of three months; furthermore, I will always give 60 days notice of a rate change.
- $39.00 per hour: Standard rate applies to Traditional or On-Site Delivery Model.
- $34.00 per hour: rate applies to Mail Delivery Model.
- $34.00 per hour: rate applies to Virtual Delivery Model.
Definitions of Delivery Models:
- Traditional or On-Site Delivery Model: This model requires the least work on your part. I will drive to your office, pick up the documents and records needed to complete your work and return them along with your completed accounting for the period. This rate will apply to travel time to and from your office (I will not bill mileage).
- Mail Delivery Model: Mail to me copies of all documents needed to complete the work (I will provide you a checklist). Substantial savings for some minor administrative work on your part. Note that you pay the same hourly rate as the Virtual Model, but I have to bill a small postage and handling fee for mailing materials back.
- Virtual Delivery Model: Scan all documents and records needed to complete the work. Save these files to a CD or DVD and mail this disc to me or email the files to me (practical only for smaller compilations).
Notes:
1 The first month of service means the first 30 days of activity written up. With this special you can get your chart of accounts set up and the first 30 days of activity posted to it. The rest of the activity will be billed at my regular rate.
